Call for Applications for PhD Fellowships
Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI) at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC) is inviting applications for two PhD fellowships in a reproductive health project. The project is a collaborative effort involving KCMC, the University of Copenhagen (UC), and the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). The project is funded by the Danish Government through the FFU of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The selected candidates will be enrolled at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMUCo) of Tumaini University, and part of their training during their PhD course will be conducted in Denmark.

Call for applications for PhD Fellowships
Two PhD-positions are available for a project where the most recent sequencing technologies will be used to completely sequence infectious agents in real-time at Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI) combined with bioinformatic analytic facilities at The Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The purpose is to evaluate whole genome sequencing as a primary diagnostic tool and to describe the epidemiology and clonal diversity of the most important infectious agents in Tanzania.
